Check In: Check in time is 3 pm or any time after. Guests are required to present a valid piece of Government issued photo ID that matches their credit card. Early check in may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Charges may apply.

Check Out: Check out time is 12 noon. If you require a later check-out, please contact our Front Desk on the morning of your departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Late check out may be available but cannot be guaranteed. Charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted, all reservations are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations must be made by 3:00 pm (PST), 1 day prior to scheduled arrival. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a fee of one night’s room and taxes, billed to the credit card on file.

Guarantee Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Please note due to overwhelming demand for accommodations between July 2–4, 2025, full prepayment for the entire stay (inclusive of taxes) will be processed at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and guarantees your reservation. In the event of cancellation or changes to your reservation, the full room charge, inclusive of taxes will be forfeited.

Prepay & Save Policy: All reservations booked through our Prepay & Save offer are prepaid, non-refundable and cannot be changed. The full cost will be charged within 24 hours and if payment is unsuccessful within 48 hours the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation or changes to your reservation, the entire room charge will be forfeited. This offer is not applicable to groups of 6 or more and cannot be combined with other offers. Blackout dates may apply. We kindly request the credit card used during booking is the same card presented at check-in.

Destination Fee: Guests are subject to a fee of $8/night plus applicable taxes. Kindly note that all taxes and fees are subject to change.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome at OPUS Vancouver! Dogs must be under 25 lbs, and must be house trained. Dogs must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must also be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel. A one-time fee of $50 is applied at check-out, for additional cleaning.
Please note, we allow a maximum of 1 dog per guest room.

Smoking Policy: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place in your guest room, a fine of $250 per night will be applied.

Age Restrictions: Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

Gathering Policy: In-room parties are prohibited, and no unregistered guests are permitted on guest floors at any time. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all those staying at OPUS, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the Hotel reserves the right to involve the local Police. Furthermore, should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges to your account, including but not limited to: repair costs for furniture, Hotel common property, or costs for compensating affected guests.

Payment Policy: OPUS Vancouver requires a valid credit card which will be pre-authorized 24 hours prior to arrival to guarantee all reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB cards. Same day reservations will be charged 1 night’s room & taxes at time of booking. A valid credit card with accompanying Government issued ID must also be presented upon check in.

Parking Policy: Valet parking is $55 daily, inclusive of tax. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate over-height parking on-site. Our garage height is 6’6” and all vehicles must have adequate clearance.
